Christmas longings

For the first time in many years I'm really starting to long for Christmas! Normally (and I think its the same for all swedish people) I'm tired of the christmas songs and decorations even before november ends. Now I miss NK:s christmas display (I heard the theme this year is "the Kingdom of Snow"), the gingerbread house and the tree my mother will buy this weekend.

But I'll be going home in ten days. I think I've gone crazy because I keep seeing people I know in sweden on the streets here - and not even people I know well... Only today I saw a guy from my microeconomics course, two people from the parallel class in high school and and that lady that works in the supermarket near our house.

I don't need to miss the decorations though, turks love to have to have christmas decoratians all year. Taksim at summer:
