No smoking

In Turkey 40% is of the adult population smokers and according to BBC is one of five deaths in the country tobacco-related.

So this summer, despite big protests from the people, did Turkey adopted a complete ban of cigarettes at enclosed public places, including bars, cafes and restaurants as well as taxis, trains and buses.

This actually worked quite well while the weather was still warm - it's not anymore.
And how should the nargile cafees (water pipe) otherwise survive??
