Mardin

Sometimes I can have bad luck, but most of the time im extremely lucky! Like finding Sabo on Couchsurfing, the amusing and nice highschool teacher who are lending me his couch while in Diyarbakır!

Today I did a day trip to Mardin, a mountain city with a very mixed population of Kurds, Turks, Assyrian/Syriacs and Arabs. The history dates back 7000 years!
I also meet Onur through Couchsurfing and he showed me all the most fantastic places all day! True hospitality! And he also had a Nikon D90, so we could be photo crazy together :)
