When returning to Stockholm from Rome I found the cheapest tickets with a stopover with a day in Ibiza. Some hours in a new city - why not! Although it was beautiful weather Ibiza was completely deserted - interesting experience. I can just imagine how it looks during summer.
When I arrived to the small airport to head to town I've already used my last euros. There were no cash machine at the airport and they just accepted cash on the bus towards town. So I thought I could take the walk to the city center, it didn't look so far on the map. But of course there was no walking lane and I was walking with my suitcase, so a nice couple had mercy on me and gave me a ride. Finally at the port everything was closed except McDonalds. Can't be fun to live in Ibiza...
