Cooking at Cajsa Warg

My group at work went to Caisa Warg for cooking and eating together. The menu was to say the least advanced! I copypasted it here below but I don't even wanna try to translate it to English. I was really proud of our accomplishment and and it tasted delicious too!
  • Halstrad oxfilétartar med tryffelmajonnäs och surdegskrutonger
  • Lågtempererad vildsvinsytter a la Bourguignon med tryffelmos.
  • Äppeltarte med färskost, karamellsås och saltrostade mandlar.
